Yep. I'm with Sky (or I will be once I get my BB back!) and I find the same. The guy I spoke to this morning about getting reconnected was also at their Scottish office, and everything was sorted, no problem at all, even though it was complicated because of all the crap that's going on. One thing he did say that was interesting was that "this" (this being people like me telling them how crap BT are!) is becoming part of their daily routine - and could I tell him what the problem was, because his boss is compiling a list!! Good for him - somebody has to!
