Oh yes, heat of the moment definitely, but I suppose we're so conditioned to seeing a bit of UST that, knowing there was going to be snogging at that point in the drama, I was expecting to see a few lingering looks or other indications that the two characters were at the very least attracted to each other before they got to the kissing.

But it's a minor quibble :-)
