I know I've said this before so it's a very boring comment...but I honestly don't know how you are doing it. You can be proud of yourself just for not completely loosing it alone! I would be screaming at them within ten minutes...and like you say then it would be a lost case.

The sad thing is that apart from the table throwing, I deal with stuff like this every day.
