Actually having just rewatched Eleventh Hour, there is quite an obvious progression from Amy's what-we-thought-was dream of the Dr returning when she was 7, to 11 then pressing very hard for Amy to be his companion, along with what appears to be a really obvious sideways glance and switch off of the crack-on-the-monitor. The two sets of scenes follow each other. Watching with hindsight I could well imagine something happened there which convinced the Dr he had to have Grown Amy onboard. After this ep's hints combined with Moffat's teasr in DWM, I'll be v surprised if there isn't a second meeting with Little Amelia there we the viewers haven't seen yet.
