Misery is expected to peak on Monday, as 24 January has been pinpointed as the worst day of the year. according to the news last week.

Just tomorrow? ALL my Mondays are like that :(

There should be something in that article about the misery of having to face four year 9 classes on the trot.

When your job is stressful and depressing, it is such a horrible feeling on Sunday, when you know you have to face it again tomorrow. The weekends seem so short and the weeks so long.

And if Monday is a particularly stressful day for you...that seems particularly cruel.

Many, many {{{*Hugs*}}}

There was a piece on the radio on Friday afternoon about the "blue Monday phenomenon". Since some bloke randomly invented it a few years ago, it has been mentioned increasingly each year by news programmes and bored journalists and nobody else. It is allegedly the third Monday in January, so assorted reporters can't even agree whether it was last week or this.

I think you should do more Boomtown Rats songs in your Monday lessons. Or go all Bob on them and tell them to STFU!

*hugs* for tomorrow.
