(no subject)

Thanks to Ms Tate and Mr Tennant, I have a huge, stupid grin on my face for the first time in days.

If you do nothing else today, listen to their version of We Go Together from the Much Ado soundtrack (it's on iTunes now). I defy you to keep a straight face :-)

No, I get what you mean. It's very twenties, isn't it?

I can't listen to it without smiling because I can hear the smile in David's voice. It's quite something when a guy has an infectious smile that you can't even see!!

*sigh* When is someone going to have the sense to write them a play/film/TV show?

This is why he's such an awesome actor!

Edited to add: and can I get an "Amen!" on what a sweet voice The Divine Miss Cate has herself?

Indeed she has. Although I knew she had a good voice because I've heard her sing before, so it didn't come as such a susprise!

David's done a bit of warbling here and there - although Blackpool was all "sing-along" and you couldn't always hear him - so it was a nice surprise to hear that he can do a bit more than just hold a tune :-)

Cazlet #1 this afternoon - "Are David Tennant and Catherine Tate married?"

Me: "No."

Cazlet #1. "Oh. Well they should be. They're awesome together."

From the mouths of babes...

The mouths of babes, indeed!

I am at the theatre in NYC. It's intermission of War Horse. It's breaking my horse-loving heart although I did have roll my eyes at the bit of anthropomorphizing at the beginning.
