On top of my job getting so political that I want to vomit, on top of my being sick as a dog, my kid got rushed to the hospital yesterday for an allergic reaction to something. Her tongue had swollen and here I was 1200 miles away and freaking out on the phone with the ER staff at the hospital. She's ok now but they still don't know what caused it. She's never had something like this happen before.
I really wish they'd get that transportation device working already!
