Thing is I get BB from Sky - and because the wankers at BT have totally disconnected me, Sky now has to treat me like a new customer rather than just reconnecting me. I have no idea why this is. But they can't do anything until I have a BT line and despite being told I'd have a phone today, on calling BT, I'm now told that on their system it's down as Tuesday. And not only that, but that an engineer will have to call. It would have helped if they'd said that in the first place, because there might not be anyone in. Honestly, I'm fuming - the air in Frinton is blue.
