It's doing the rounds, so...
01. Name a movie that you have seen more than 10 times.
Oh, God. I have kids, and kids tend to like to watch things over and over and over... but something I've seen because I wanted to? Star Wars. I must've seen the 1938 Adventures of Robin Hood with Errol Flynn more than 10 times, too. Singin' in the Rain.
02. Name a movie that you’ve seen multiple times in the cinema.
Star Wars (the original one!)
03. Name an actor that would make you more inclined to see a movie.
Other than Brad? Robert Downey Jr, definitely. Kevin Spacey. Johnny Depp.
04. Name an actor that would make you less likely to see a movie.
Keira Knightly. She's the reason I haven't watched Atonement or the recent movie of Pride and Prejudice. I don't normally "take against" actors, but for some reason, she really, REALLY annoys me!
05. Name a movie that you can quote from.
Star Wars (and probably Empire and Jedi, too). Some Like it Hot, Singin' in the Rain, and probably others 'cause I'm sad like that.
06. Name a movie musical that you know all the lyrics to all the songs.
The Sound of Music, Bugsy Malone (because we're doing it at school!) Calamity Jane, My Fair Lady... probably others. See above comment!
07. Name a movie that you have been known to sing along with.
All of the above!
08. Name a movie that you would recommend everyone see.
The Shawshank Redemption
09. Name a movie that you own.
One? Are you kidding me??? All of the above!
10. Name an actor who launched his/her entertainment career in another medium but who has surprised you with his/her acting chops.
I'm sure I've answered this one somewhere before, and I can't think of anyone else right now, so I'll give the same answer, Hugh Laurie. Even though he's not been that great in the movies he's done. Hm, I'll have to think about that one.
11. Have you ever seen a movie in a drive-in? If so, what?
No. We don't have those over here.
12. Ever made out in a movie?
Nah. I like to watch the films!
13. Name a movie that you keep meaning to see but just haven’t gotten around to it.
Oh, blimey, loads. I was an avid movie-goer. And then I had kids. But I can't remember many... oh, how about Quantum of Solace?
14. Ever walked out of a movie?
No.
15. Name a movie that made you cry in the cinema.
I'm a terrible softie, really, so there have been some, but I can't think of any. ET makes me cry at the end, but I can't remember if I blubbed when I saw it in the cinema.
16. Popcorn?
Not a fan
17. How often do you go to the movies (as opposed to renting them or watching them at home)?
Probably about 8-10 times a year, usually with the kids.
18. What’s the last movie you saw in the cinema?
Oh God. High School Musical 3
19. What’s your favorite/preferred genre of movie?
I'll watch pretty much anything, as long as it's good. Comedy. Period Drama.
20. What’s the first movie you remember seeing in the cinema?
I seem to remember my dad taking me to a "reissue" of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves
21. What movie do you wish you had never seen?
Um... dunno.
22. What is the weirdest movie you enjoyed?
Er... Ed Wood?
23. What is the scariest movie you’ve seen?
I'm not a huge fan of scary movies - well not the modern-day type. But Night of the Demon and the original Village of the Damned always get me.
24. What is the funniest movie you’ve seen?
I don't think I can pick one. Ace Ventura - Pet Detective was pretty funny, and still is. But funniest ever? Dunno.
