I always thought that once Josh and Donna had gotten over their initial awkwardness about the fact that they were actually "together" they would fall back naturally into the teasing and flirtiness. My husband and I still throw innuendo at each other after 16 years, so there's no reason to think Josh and Donna wouldn't do the same!
