From what she’d seen of their relationship, Matt and Harriet were two people who seemed to need each other more than even they knew. They argued and bickered, sure, but they had some strange kind of co-dependent thing going on, and no one could deny that both of them were at their best professionally when they were working together.
I actually really love this summary of Matt/Harriet. Nice-- and perfectly true.

“Right now? I could rip out his lungs with an ice-cream scoop!
lol. My, what a very Sorkin-esque thing for her to say. ;-)

Danny’s a good man. One of the best. If you’re lucky enough to have him for a friend, then there’s nothing he won’t do for you. He’s brilliant, he’s charming, he’s opinionated and he can be annoyingly smug. He’s far from perfect and he’s had his problems, but in all the time I’ve known him I can put my hand on my heart and say that he’s never been anything less than completely honest.
and he's oh so cute! and he looks positively yummy in a tux and in jeans and...
(And, hey, that pretty much describes Josh as well...) ;-) *swoons*

“Nah,” she smiled over her shoulder. “Life’s not that cruel!”
This was the most perfect ending ever! Made me choke. Because life, according to Sorkin, is exactly that cruel!! LOL.

Wonderful!!! It's so good to see Harriet and JOrdan's friendship and I really needed this glimpse into Jordan's psyche before her about-face in 'The Harriet Dinner 2'.
