YM,YA. I laughed my socks off at the furtive Dalek glances to make sure they weren't being overheard. And the "Why?" tickled me as well.
I have to say that I don't think it was a brilliant episode, but we seem to agree on all the little touches that made it good or bad. If I were Martha, I'd just smack him (then snog him) and tell him to get over Rose.
