Men in Black

Here are the rest of the picspams I did for the blogathon at the weekend, in case you didn't get a chance to come over and have a look. Having devoted spams to Brad and Matt, it was time for the other Sorkin men to get a look in. Here in one handy place, the Sorkin Men in Black – or guys in tuxes if you will. I think it’s pretty much a given that a well-tailored tuxedo will make any guy look good… but I think it works the other way around here!
I’ve mixed it up a little – although I have to admit – and I have absolutely, positively NO idea how it happened – but there might just perhaps be –um – quiteafewJoshpics in this one. *ahem*
I thought I’d start with this, from The State Dinner in S1 of TWW.

And from the same episode –

The scene that spawned a thousand Josh/Sam slash-fics.
Of course, another scene that spawned a thousand fics is probably this one –

uh – no… we are absolutely NOT thinking about ripping each other’s clothes off and doing it on the desk. No. Not us. Nope.

Toby cleans up nice…

So does Danny…

And Sam…

And Charlie...

And, um… yeah…
Bartlet likes white tie, because that’s how statesmen dress...

Oh, Leo… or is it Fred Astaire?

Jed and Leo pondering the imponderable as they often did...

Jed, Leo and Josh... oh to hell with the pretense, this one's in here because Josh does the leaning against the desk thing like no-one else. :)

The bad cops …

The good cop …

The actual cops...

Obviously, given that there were 4 Sorkin-seasons of The West Wing, there are more pics to choose from, but here are a few from Sports Night, Studio 60 and The American President.

At least Michael Douglas got to avoid the Bunny Boiler in this one ...

No idea who the weirdo on the TV is...

Dan and his spotted bow tie! Cute :)

Peter Krause is also cute.

Sorry, Matt, but you can't quite pull off the "Tony Bennett" thing... the next couple of pics in this post show how it should be done!
:)
And after all that, I think I deserve a treat – here’s Josh – “untuxed” (no, not like that –although I wish!)

None of the others can carry off the "after the party" look quite as well as Josh does! :)
