I haz no internet :(

BT, in their infinite wisdom has completely fucked up and have cut off my phone and broadband. I feel like Josh in Indiana, totally cut off from the world!

I'm told I'll have my phone back tomorrow, but it's going to take at least another week to get the broadband back. I have no idea why it takes so long.

Fucking idiots.

Luckily, I can hop around to my parents to "borrow" their broadband to check emails, but otherwise, I'll lying low for a while!

If the line is back, the BB should be there. They really do seem to have made a major FUBAR. Make sure you claim for compensation.

Thing is I get BB from Sky - and because the wankers at BT have totally disconnected me, Sky now has to treat me like a new customer rather than just reconnecting me. I have no idea why this is. But they can't do anything until I have a BT line and despite being told I'd have a phone today, on calling BT, I'm now told that on their system it's down as Tuesday. And not only that, but that an engineer will have to call. It would have helped if they'd said that in the first place, because there might not be anyone in. Honestly, I'm fuming - the air in Frinton is blue.
