... the weather?
Aug. 30th, 2005 10:43 pmWhat can I say? It's true, we Brits are always on about the weather... because WE GET SUCH CRAP!!!!
This summer has been a washout... but, the last 2 days have been really, really great so at least I did get to actually sit outside for a while... when the kids weren't screaming at each other...
Elinor has a really bad cough. 6 years old and she hacks like she smokes 40 a day, poor little thing. Some kids get stomach bugs - mine get coughs which last for months. Just in time to go back to school next week.
That's obviously why the weather has picked up - I start work on Monday and I'm not going to be able to enjoy it. Of course, that's the reason....
