ranting....
Sep. 2nd, 2005 06:15 pmHaven't posted for a few days... haven't got much today, really except to say that my thoughts and(I can't say prayers, being an atheist!).. whatever... are with those poor people in New Orleans. I know I moaned about the state of the British weather, but thank goodness we don't live in a hurricane zone...
And to top everything else, as if these people don't have enough to contend with - people who have lost loved ones, their homes, who are left with nothing - there are those bastards out there who are robbing and looting!! I can't believe it! What is is about the bloody human race which, on the once hand, produces people who will send money, aid or even go themselves to places like that to help, simply because they feel they must...and on the other, produces scum who are willing to make whatever opportunity they can out of other people's misfortunes. I don't understand it and never will (thankfully).
