I think I picked this one up fairly early on in my LJ career. My icon tastes tend to run towards textless, pretty pictures (of those, more later!) or fun/silly quotes. This one just seems to sum up the essence of the great Jack Bauer for me, because let's face it, if he can't sort something then we're all pretty much screwed.

See comment above re. "pretty pictures". Um. It's Harrison Ford. As Indy. Do I really need a reason?

This is my "we da men" icon, even though it's not from that ep. The way that Josh, Toby and Sam dump CJ with the turkeys always makes me giggle, but it's the guilt in their expressions in this pic that does it for me.

You mean the idea of Julie Andrews/Maria being batshit about anything isn't reason enough? I love The Sound of Music, but am not averse to a little humour at its expense. Whoever chose the quotes on that set of icons deserves a medal.

Now, why I am not surprised she chose that one? *g* I refer back to my earlier point about pretty pictures, because really, in terms of pretty it's up at the top of the list. One of the best Josh-shots ever and never fails to induce prolongued sighs and drooling.
