This isn't something I normally do because I tend to like to keep fic fairly close to my chest until I'm satisfied that it's in a decent enough state to let someone else see it. But I'm still at home - recovering, thankfully - and I'm determined to stay awake so this is by way of stopping me dozing off!

I've never been one to be overrun with plot-bunnies, so there aren't too many of these.

Not too late at all :)

canterlevi and I were chatting one night and I asked if there were any fic ideas she'd like me to have a go at - and one of them was about how it came about that the Doctor was teaching Donna to fly the TARDIS. I had a couple of ideas that I jotted down - but then came across a fic (http://dark-aegis.livejournal.com/156342.html#cutid1) that did more or less exactly what I'd been planning, so it's been put on hold for now until I can come up with another explanation! Or it might see the light of day as a drabble/ficlet.
