caz963I was trying to get this list finished before Christmas, so that you’d have something to read (if you wanted) before you passed out from too much turkey and pudding, but what with frantic Christmas preparations and writing porn (does that count as a Christmas preparation?) I got a bit behind on my reading and didn’t get this finished.
But anyway, in case you want something to read over New Year, before you pass out from whatever it is you’ll be eating and/or drinking then, here’s a round up of new fics.
Studio 60 – (and *sigh*, yes I’m reccing Danny/Jordan fics (well, decent ones, anyway) … blame Sal, Linz and Laura!)

salr323 are both excellent - well written and perceptive as usual.

Saving Face bybobafxxx - Jordan’s thoughts during and after B-12.
Bend and Not Break by_hazelnutcoffee - Jordan in the moments we don’t see between her discovering she’s pregnant and her visit to the doctor with Danny.
No, Yes… Maybe byempressvesica another D/J post ep for The Christmas Show; well written, cute and a bit fluffy.
Five Times Matt Almost did Something Stupid, but Danny Saved Him bylightgetsin. It’s slashy, but not explicit, well written and the character voices sound right.
Foot and Mouth Disease byniqaeli is also slash – after the Christmas show, Matt gets shit-faced and tells Danny he loves him. Okay, so I can’t believe I’m mentioning it either, but it’s quite well written, it’s funny and not explicit, so, unlike some other slash/porn fics that have been posted recently, it shouldn’t want to make you gouge your eyes out!
Bad Boy bykiss_me_cassie - really sweet Tom/Suzanne.
Five Photos Tom Sent to Mark in his Last Care Package (And One Harriet Snuck In) bycorellianjedi.
Four Things Jeremy Won’t Understand or Maybe Even Remember and One He Does bygreeners is a future fic, seen through the eyes of Jordan’s son. It’s a Jack/Jordan/Danny triangle, based on the fact that Jack’s the father of the baby, which as we know isn’t the case, but it’s well written and definitely worth a look.
This is by no means all that’s been posted, but it’s things I’ve had time to read and have enjoyed. I tend to concentrate on fics that involve Matt and/or Danny in some way, so I know I’m missing out some alternative pairings, but not all of them appeal to me, so I tend to give them a miss - but feel free to poke me if you think I'm missing out on something!
And a few new Josh/Donna fics, which you’ve all probably seen, but the links can’t hurt!
Hark the Bells and The Heart and the Breath bycantbesilent. Both are excellent, but the latter, which is a post ep for Transition is just… oh read it and see for yourselves!
One Hour Old is a new babyfic featuring Josh and Donna's daughter, Isobel, bybexatious.
christinekh was clearly a busy bee before Christmas (!) posting three new J/D fics - Five Nights in Paradise (and One Morning), A Baby’s Story and The Perfect Gift.
And a new Christmassy fic - Baby, it’s Cold Outside bydianora2.
For something completely different – any of you who are fans of The Office (the real, UK version! ;)) Dia wrote a lovely Tim/Dawn futurefic which I just had to mention because it’s so good.
Right, well, if you get any free time over the next few days I hope you find something to enjoy out of that lot!
