Odd how these things work out - we got Holy Night a few weeks after Christmas, but Evidence of Things Not Seen was on tonight, not too far away from the Vernal Equinox. (Which is next week).

Not sure I'll be trying out any egg balancing though!

I'm guessing that Brad and Matt's interaction in this was one of the things that led to Studio 60 - even though Brad wasn't signed on until fairly late in the day, you can't tell me that Sorkin didn't have him in mind when he wrote the first script.

Anyway - a trip down memory lane -

The boys when they were Joe and Josh…

Honourable mentions to -

Donna trying to convince herself Josh she doesn't really think he's handsome... and powerful.

Josh trying to decide whether she's serious or not.

Matt looking cute.

Brad looking cuter.

Who's Will, sir?

Josh not being able to understand how anyone could not like Donna seeing as she's from Wisconsin...

And one of those fairly rare scenes of complete honesty between our favourite non-couple.

Mouth.

And because [livejournal.com profile] hooloovoo_42 would never forgive me for leaving him out –

We’re back up, everyone.

Probably one of my fave eps ever. How the hell can it be five years old?

*sigh*

Am I the only one who, during that last scene with Josh and Donna, sees her lightly resting her hand against the door and knows she's thinking she'd rather be putting it on his chest...

Or, wait - is that just what I'm thinking? Huh.

Either way, great episode.

"We're not going to need that three of clubs?"

and

"I believe that's a myth." lmao

along with the whole handsome and powerful bit... brilliant!

Um, no.

Except it's not Donna thinking it...

I would wager a guess that many of the thoughts that flash through Donna's brain with regards to Josh's chest also flash through ours.

Same can be said for thoughts about his arms... and back... and yeah, this is about to need a higher rating so I'll just leave the rest to your imagination. We both know it was going there anyway...
