I've seen theories that she's everyone from Romana to the Doctor to River to Amy herself. (But...that means she would have possibly given birth to herself, if the photos are half right--ow) I'm surprised nobody has claimed The Rani as an option yet.

I haven't seen the one that says she's Amy, but yeah, I've seen the rest. And then there's the one where she's the product of Doctor/River and Amy/Rory.

And the one where she's Donna, after getting her memory back, regenerating, and de-aging, while at the same time being Romana. That was an extremely short-lived theory, from what I saw.
